Booking Policy

By securing an appointment with Dom Krasota, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This will be deducted from your final balance. Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received. Please use your name as the payment reference.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled start time. Deposits will be transferred to a new date (subject to availability). Rescheduling is permitted once only. Any further changes will require a new booking and deposit. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows within 72 hours of the appointment will result in full forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit is required to secure any future booking after a cancellation, late reschedule, or missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is allowed. A £20 late fee will apply after 10 minutes. Arrivals exceeding 30 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Working Hours

Standard hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Appointments requested outside of these hours are considered premium and will incur an additional fee.

Premium Appointments

Appointments before 9:00 AM or after 6:00 PM: +£20 (studio) | +£30 (home service). Sunday appointments are considered premium and will incur additional fees. Public holidays and key dates (including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year) may also incur premium rates.

Payment Terms

Deposits must be paid within 1 hour of booking. Unpaid appointments will be automatically released.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in loss of deposit. Deposits are non-transferable in this case.

Home Service & Travel

For home service bookings, a travel fee may be applied depending on location.
